Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the Bide app. By installing or using Bide you agree to them. If you got Bide from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. The app
Bide helps you plan money you set aside for future costs. It doesn't hold, move or invest money and doesn't connect to your bank. Amounts in Bide are records you enter yourself.
2. Bide Pro subscriptions
- Bide Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, available yearly (€19.99 per year) or monthly (€2.79 per month). Prices may differ by country; the app shows the price in your local currency before you buy.
- The yearly plan may start with a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you're charged.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase (or when the trial ends).
- The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- If your subscription ends, your funds and history stay in the app and keep working; only Pro features stop.
3. Not financial advice
Bide's suggestions, such as monthly amounts and "on track" or "behind" labels, are simple calculations based on what you enter. They aren't financial, tax or legal advice. Check important payments with the company that bills you.
4. Your data
Your data is stored on your device and is your responsibility to back up. Bide offers a backup file export; we can't recover data lost from your device. See the Privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or try to unlock paid features without paying.
6. Warranty and liability
Bide is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed payments or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
7. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. You can stop using Bide at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any subscription.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without taking away any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Bide is provided by Individual entrepreneur (FOP) Korzh Artem, Ukraine. Contact: support@artemkorzh.dev.
