Delete your data
Bide has no accounts and keeps your funds only on your device, so you can delete everything yourself, right away. This page applies to the Bide app by Individual entrepreneur (FOP) Korzh Artem.
- Fund data, history, your balance and settings: only on your device. We have no copy.
- Anonymous usage events (Google Analytics for Firebase) and crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics), tied to a random identifier rather than to you. Deleted automatically after 14 months and 90 days.
- Purchase records: held by Apple or Google, and by RevenueCat for checking your subscription.
Delete everything in the app
- Open Bide and go to Settings → Data → Reset all data.
- Confirm, then type RESET.
- All funds, history, your balance and settings are deleted from the device. This can't be undone.
Uninstalling Bide also deletes its data from the device and resets the random analytics identifier. Backup files you exported yourself aren't touched; delete them wherever you saved them.
Delete a single fund
Open the fund, tap ⋯ → Delete. Its history is removed too.
Stop analytics
Turn off Settings → About → Share anonymous usage data. No further usage events are sent; data already collected is deleted when its retention period ends.
Subscription and purchase records
Deleting your data doesn't cancel Bide Pro. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their policies.
Ask us to delete data
Write to support@artemkorzh.dev with the subject "Data request" and we'll reply within 30 days. Because we don't hold your name or email in connection with the app, we may ask for details that help us find any data linked to your purchase.
